The Shreveport City Council gave untold gems to ASIS, and I thank our city’s leaders for that. I am also thankful that the Roberts Rules of Order bend for no man, even a prophet.
Even though he was there foretelling the impending demise of members of the council itself, I like that Oliver Jenkins stuck to protocol and reminded him that he only had 3 minutes to deliver his message. Rules are rules, nutcase.
